Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 - 5 business days. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Methods

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier first. If you need additional assistance, we're happy to help.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. Pambra's is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
