Due to the personal nature of our products, all returns and exchanges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging to be considered for return.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
